DBG - Downtown Bar and Grill in Brooklyn

Beer selection is good, but that's about all that's going for this place.

Overpriced and terrible food. All the food tastes like it came out of a box. Also, the worst long island I've ever had. Save your time and money. Super rinky dink place too

Not only does this place have a great food menu, the beer menu is one of the largest in NYC. It has 900+ beers from around the world. The food is priced slightly higher than most, but then the quality is a lot higher than most. Try the burger, it's up there with the best of them. I love this place in the warmer weather as it has plenty of outdoor seating where you can people watch. If it's too warm (or cold) you can perch yourself at the bar. The service is reasonably quick though depending on who you get, it can be a little dry (never rude). Overall this is a great place. Try it out.

This place has very good food and a large beer selection. It's a convenient location on Court Street and service is always friendly and fast. The food is a little expensive though, with a lunch meal and soda typically coming to at least $15.00

I eaten here a few time and the food is great, it's convenient for me because the kitchen is open late. So if you are looking for a place to sit and eat with friend and catch a game, this is the place to be.

at first, it appears like yet another sports bar, but ask for the full beer menu and you will have a revelation: amazing selection, and lots of rarities. just don't go for the food :)

Awesome beer on tap, and a wide variety of bottled beers. A number of the bottled beers are probably only there for show, I doubt Downtown Bar and Grill has significant turnover on the more esoteric beers, which may be a problem depending on how well they purge old stock. The food is not as good as the beers, it is okay but nothing special. The mixed drinks are also a letdown, my advice, go there to drink beer and watch the televisions.
